1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Internext Pay ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Internext Pay is a payment facilitation platform that enables users to send and receive money via M-Pesa (platform payment gateway), including STK Push, B2C, B2B, and bank transfers.

3. User Registration

You must register with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API credentials.

4. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through the platform's payment gateway.
• STK Push amounts are collected through the platform's payment gateway integration and disbursed to the recipient's specified method.
• The Platform may charge fees for transactions, as displayed in your dashboard.
• Transaction limits apply based on your KYC tier.

5. Refunds and Disputes

All transactions are final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of transaction. The Platform will work with the payment provider to resolve disputes.

6. API Usage

You may use the API to integrate with third-party systems. API rate limits apply per key.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
